Domestic USA Orders
Standard shipping time is estimated at 3-10 business days
Timeframes do not include our 1-3 day processing time and all timeframes are based on business days. We do our best to make sure your package arrives in a timely manner however we are not responsible for delays.
International Orders
We offer worldwide delivery, and shipping costs are calculated based on your location at checkout.
Standard shipping time is 7-14 business days.
We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, but please be aware that international shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. Customs checks vary by country and can add extra time to the delivery process, which is beyond our control. We recommend allowing extra time for your order to arrive, especially during peak periods. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any questions regarding your shipment.
**Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout.** They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Please note that international shipments maybe subject to Customs checks and clearance procedures, which can occasionally result in packages being held, refused, or returned to us. If Customs refuse the shipment, or if the package unclaimed and returned, the customer will be responsible for any returned shipping fees, duties, and any other associated costs. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for shipping costs in these situations to avoid issues, please ensure that all required Customs information is provided accurat
Exchangeable within 14 Days
At this time we do not offer refunds - however we do offer exchanges.
Need to exchange an item? Contact us to initiate your exchange of unworn, undamaged jewelry within 14 days of purchase for domestic and international orders Our exchange system will walk you through the steps and offer a store credit, or an exchange for anything else from our website.
Please make sure to keep your original packaging and order slip to include in your returning package so that we can process your exchange. We do our best to process exchanges within 5-10 days of receipt at our studio, but delays can happen within busy sale times.
Please note: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to return the product to us. All exchanges must be completed through our exchange system. We are unable to accept unapproved exchanges or exchanges that arrive worn / damaged.
If you are returning a necklace, please ensure it is packaged in its original zipper bag with the clasp fastened and outside of the zipper. This will prevent tangling. Chains that arrive tangled beyond repair will not be accepted.
**Due to health regulations, we are unable to refund or exchange pierced earrings.**
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Lost Parcels & Delivery Issues
Smoky Jasmine cannot be responsible for any orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If we do not receive correct shipping information at the time of your order or within 12 hours of your order being placed, we are not liable for any costs incurred to retrieve or resend your order or for any lost or irretrievable packages. Any delivery issues or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a lost package, we will do everything in our power to correspond with the respective couriers to retrieve your package or to file a claim for the value of the goods. Any extra costs incurred by Smoky Jasmine are the responsibility of the customer.
Chargebacks and Bank Disputes
Any chargebacks or disputes filed by a customer to their bank before corresponding with Smoky Jasmine will be considered in poor faith. Smoky Jasmine will do everything in its power to resolve the issue directly with the customer as per the policies above. Chargebacks or Disputes may extend this process by several months before any refunds or resolutions can be made. Any costs incurred by Smoky Jasmine due to chargebacks or disputes are the responsibility of the customer.
